We assess the policy, regulatory, institutional, financial, infrastructure, market, innovation, technology, data and capacity conditions that determine whether sustainable solutions can be adopted, implemented and scaled. This includes assessing the enabling systems required to implement climate commitments, adaptation priorities, climate-resilient food and water systems and regional climate-action frameworks.
We use a range of systems-analysis approaches, including tools and assessment frameworks developed by Thriving Solutions, as well as established methods such as DPSIR—Drivers, Pressures, State, Impacts and Responses. Through evidence review and stakeholder consultation, we examine how different conditions interact, where responsibilities or incentives are misaligned, gaps and what barriers limit progress, opportunities, synergies and priority entry points.
We translate the findings into practical recommendations, implementation frameworks and prioritised, actionable roadmaps, climate-policy recommendations, adaptation pathways, food- and water-security strategies, institutional arrangements, action plans, and monitoring and accountability frameworks.
